After processing, all computer records of process parameters for that part are archived for storage and retention in accordance with ISO9001 guidelines.

We understand metal finishing may be the only outside operation in a manufacturing sequence, and we understand the importance of ensuring our metal finishing fits with your manufacturing sequence needs.

Using blends of “smart” software, the facility accesses data from a large customer part number data base and simultaneously schedules the process plan applicable to that part number. We now have six fully automated process lines including three EDP coating lines, two Zinc lines and an automated Nickel Chrome line.
